As a designer, the notion “vacation is a state of mind” really fascinates me. I for one absolutely adore traveling, and would likely take off to a different local every other week if time and money afforded the opportunity. Seeing as said situation is unlikely, a couple years ago I decided to bring a few vacation-inspired elements into our home so that everyday felt like a little holiday!
